PriorityPak® Systems - How They Work

| The operator places the product on the belt and lets the PriorityPak® System go to work. |
The product(s) is automaticaly fed into the system where it is packed and exited. |
The packed product(s) is then either manually or automatically labeled. |
- Smart-sensing technology on the system scans an item’s shape and size to deliver the correct amount of packaging material from the two supply rolls of cohesive material.
- This material forms a protective package around the product as our proven Cold Seal® process seals the edges, locking your product in place for a tight and secure fit.
- Package emerges in seconds, perfectly centered, secured and ready to ship.
- Requires 115 volts and 15 amps of electricity and compressed air, 100 pounds per square inch
