Cryovac® Solid Barrier Polypropylene Trays

A pre-formed, high-barrier tray that extends shelf life and increases production efficiencies.

The solid barrier polypropylene tray is one example of recent Cryovac® advances in modified-atmosphere technology that enables processors to produce a highly attractive case-ready package with a variety of benefits for themselves as well as retailers.

• Made of polypropylene, the tray has a multilayer, coextruded barrier film laminated to its inside surface. This transparent film provides an exceptionally high oxygen* and moisture barrier, and allows the tray to be hermetically sealed with Cryovac® barrier lidstock.
• Each tray can be individually gas-flushed, and can be used in high or low oxygen applications.
• Trays are available in various colors and in various sizes.

We offer a complete selection of Cryovac®Case-Ready products, designed to meet any distribution need. For absorbent pad needs, we recommend Pad-Loc™ Super, but you may also be interested in our other absorbent pads.
