E-seal materials for marinated whole muscle fresh meats
Cryovac® E-seal forming and non-forming materials represent a value-innovation in sealant technology delivering benefits such as stronger seals even through contaminates, consistently lower seal temperatures for temperature sensitive products and faster throughput.
Rollstock for frozen steaks
We offer laminate materials available in a variety of gauges for applications such as frozen steaks. Our family of F-Series fresh/frozen films provides optimal oxygen permeability for vacuum packaged steaks to be quickly frozen to maintain "bloomed" color on steaks through distribution to foodservice outlets as well as frozen retail display. F-Series films can be printed and are available with easy-open sealants
Easy-open package for ground beef
A new way to merchandise ground beef with the benefit of easy-open, high graphic package appeal, and a "clipless" alternative to our traditional chub package. Barrier thermoform and seal packaging materials offer similar shelf life benefits to the traditional HS3000 chub film package and can incorporate white opaque forming web or parchment print forming web for a unique package look. We can also provide register print forming web for placement of nutritional information to free up space on the top printed label.
Rollshrink
This new packaging format is ideal for processors seeking the skin-tight appearance of a bag with the loading and productivity efficiency of a rollstock application. During packaging, the bottom web of rollshrink material forms a pocket in which the product is loaded. The top web is then applied and the package is vacuum sealed. After passing through a shrink tunnel, the package assumes the appearance of a high-end display bag with the robust characteristics of Cryovac® high-abuse bags. Ideally suited for high vacuum rollstock applications such as small-sized marinated and seasoned fresh meats.
