Cryovac® Onpack Model 2100A

• An advanced addition to our series of automated equipment for the packaging of pumpable products.
• Pouch volume: 1.5 gallons to 5 gallons
• Pouch length: 400 mm to 620 mm (15.75 to 24.40 inches)
• Pouch width: 300 mm to 510 mm (11.81 inches to 20.07 inches)
• Speeds up to 20 packages per minute, depending on film type, package size, and product viscosity
• With new pre-seal technology, the Onpack 2100A can apply fitments much closer to the bottom corner of the pouch.
• Can be used with hot or cold fill applications, including those with particulates up to 1.5 inches in size.

Cryovac® Onpack Model 2002 and 2002-FS

• Designed to give food processors a larger, versatile, efficient option in pouch packaging of liquid pumpable food products, with or without particulates.
• Pouch volume: 16 ounce to 256 ounce packages
• Pouch size: from 6" to 12" wide and from 8" to 24" long
• Speeds from 18 to 30 PPM depending on package size and product viscosity.
• A wide variety of kits and accessories, including a Fitment Hopper, Feeder and Fitment Accessory for attaching a plastic fitment inside the package, are available for the 2002 to customize your machine for specific applications.

Cryovac® Onpack Model 2002-FS

• Advanced addition to the Onpack series
• Equipped with a fitment system for sealing a plastic fitment to the inside of the package.
• Fitment is transported from a holding hopper into the Onpack and sealed to the inside of the film tube while the lap seal is being made.
