Instapak Quick® Foam Packaging
Determine If This is the Right Packaging Material for You
Instapak Quick® foam is an extremely versatile packaging material. However it may not be appropriate for every product. To determine if it is right for your product, you should do the following:
- Step 1: Use the weight and dimensions of your product to calculate the "load" your product will put on the foam cushion.
- Step 2: Estimate how much volume the expanded foam cushions will occupy when they cradle you product inside a corrugated box.
Note: You should test the application to determine the suitability of Instapak Quick® foam packaging for the intended use.

The shipping and transportation environment is a very unpredictable chain of events. Packaging is not an exact science, thus we caution that the following Calculator be used as a guide and not a final stamp of approval or a guarantee that Instapak® Quick™ packaging will or will not be successful in protecting the product to be packaged.
One of the issues that we do not cover in this section is the overall fragility of the product.
