Instapak® AIM™ System
The Instapak® AIM™ produces consistent and engineered foam cushions made from any one of the Instapak® family of foams.
High-performance Instapak® packaging foam is designed to protect your products during shipping, warehousing, and general handling. Its unique cushioning abilities provide superior product protection using a minimal amount of material.
The automated cushion moulding process precisely centres the expanding Instapak® foam bags into the mould, producing up to four quality cushions per minute.
Cushions can be batched into a bulk cushion bin or delivered directly to the packaging line. This process lets you minimize material usage and maximize productivity by freeing up employees for other production related assignments.
