Booking Conditions:
Delegate fee includes the seminar, the binder and CD-rom containing the seminar presentations, lunch, dinner, shuttles from and to the recommended hotel(s). The fee does not include travel and hotel accommodation costs. Upon receipt of your booking, you will receive a list of recommended hotels near the Packforum center as well as instructions on how to reach Packforum, together with the registration acknowledgement.

Cancellation:
Refunds will be made for cancellations received by September 26, 2008 by fax +33 (0)2.37.18.98.29 to Mrs. Corine Ravanel- Sealed Air S.A.S - 53 Rue Saint Denis, F-28234 Epernon cedex.
We regret that refunds cannot be made after this date but substitute delegates are permitted if notified in advance.
