Instapak® foam-in-bag molding systems create molded cushions for products that require a consistent, precise fit and superior product protection. Whether you package 20 or 2000 products a day, there is an Instapak® foam-in-bag molding system best suited to produce protective cushions for your products.

Instapak® Twin Vertical Molding Station

  • Low initial investment
  • Capable of producing up to 100 cushions per hour
  • Only 12 square feet of floor space required*

Instapak® Molding Wheel

  • Space efficient 6-mold configuration
  • Capable of producing up to 300 cushions per hour
  • Floor space required: 24 square feet*

Instamolder High-Speed Cushion Molding System

  • Ideal for high volume packaging operations
  • Accommodates either 8, 10 or 12 mold cavities
  • Capable of producing up to 600 cushions per hour
  • Floor space required: 50 square feet*

Instapak® Pad Molding System

The Instapak® pad molding system is an efficient, automated system for creating flat pads to use in a variety of packaging applications. It consists of a floor model SpeedyPacker® foam-in-bag system combined with a pad molding conveyor to deliver just-in-time protection with the efficiency of automation.


Instapak® ROI System

The Instapak® ROI system produces consistent and engineered foam cushions made from any one of the Instapak® family of foams. High-performance Instapak® packaging foam is designed to protect your products during shipping, warehousing, and general handling. Its unique cushioning abilities provide superior product protection using a minimal amount of material. The automated cushion molding process precisely centers the expanding Instapak® foam bags into the mold, producing up to four quality cushions per minute. Cushions can be batched into a bulk cushion bin or delivered directly to the packaging line. This process lets you minimize material usage and maximize productivity by freeing up employees for other production related assignments.
