- Handles a broad range of pumpable products, including those with particulates up to 1/4" in size, under hot or cold fill conditions
- Offers a number of standard features (printed film capability, touch screen, etc.)
- Optional custom end seal designs
- Touch screen control panel lets operators oversee machine functions and make adjustments. Its memory can store up to 30 different channels for package and product variations, providing instantaneous adjustment of pouch size variables.
- Fitment Hopper, Feeder and Fitment Accessories (for attaching a plastic fitment inside the package) are available
- Pumpable food products
- Examples include: Soups, Sauces, Condiments (Ketchup, Mustard, Mayonnaise), Salad Dressing, Tomato Based Products (Pizza Sauce, Spaghetti Sauce), Liquid Eggs, Taco Meat Filling
- Pouch volume: 16 ounce to 256 ounce packages
- Pouch size: from 4" to 12" wide and from 4" to 31.5" long
- Variable up to 50 PPM depending on package size, product viscosity and film type
