Overview Applications Specifications
- The Cryovac® rotary chamber machine infeed conveyor systems are designed to ensure the optimal utilisation of all the vacuum chambers on a rotary machine. The conveyors are interconnected to the rotary and upstream supply conveyors or product loaders to ensure seamless product flows. Most often the conveyor is custom designed and installed to suit the specific application. There are various designs and standard versions to suit a range of applications
- Product loading for vacuum packaging of fresh and processed meats, dairy products, poultry, seafood
- A range of models suitable for medium to high volume vacuum packaging applications
- Single and dual infeed conveyor options
- Customised shapes and designs to suit various applications
- Interconnected to the rotary control system
- Enables rotary chamber machines to run at high utilisation up to 30-40 packs per minute with a single operator (product and application dependant)
- Various other customised conveyor systems can also be supplied, from single conveyor to multiple conveyor systems within a processing room.
